I won’t be able to attend the Showcase Day, but I would still like to come to the Networking Reception in the evening. Is that possible?

Yes, that is no problem at all. Please register your interest to attend EIE25 here and advise us of your preferences if you are invited to attend.

I will require accommodation; do you have any special arrangements with hotels?

Yes, we have secured a special rate for delegates. The Scott Hotel is offering 10% discount and The Scholar Hotel 15% discount when quoting EVENT at time of booking. Both hotels can be booked at www.uofecollection.com

Can we have a display stand at EIE25?

Exhibitor space is reserved for partners and sponsors of the event. If you would like to discuss these opportunities further, please email the team at info-eie@ed.ac.uk

How can I secure a place at EIE25?

Please register your interest to attend here. We will then advise you if you have been invited to attend and you will then be required to RSVP to secure your delegate place. Upon receipt of your RSVP, you will be sent a confirmation of attendance email. Further information will then be shared with you closer to the event date. Due to exceptional demand for the event, we may have to place you on a waiting list.

Can I present at EIE25?

All companies and speakers are selected to present at EIE25 by various ecosystem partners from the industry, and Universities from across Scotland. We are developing an exciting programme of speakers with innovative stories and the Showcase Day Schedule will be available on our website soon.

If I register for EIE25, does this mean I can attend the Tech Tour conference too?

EIE25 will run concurrently with Tech Tour Growth Deeptech 2025 in the same venue but in different rooms; however, the opening and closing sessions will be combined in the plenary room, where delegates of both events will gather before separating. All networking and lunch sessions will also be combined ensuring attendees at both events have an opportunity to meet and establish new relationships. Our events team will be available on the day to assist and answer any questions you may have.

Who can attend the Investor2Investor evening event on 14th May 2025?

This exclusive evening reception is for qualified investors only and we expect 120 investors from across the UK and EU to attend. If you wish to attend, please register your interest via this site.
