Kim Perdikou boasts a rich tech industry background, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at CyberArk since 2014 and joining the board of Nasuni Corporation in 2022. She is also Chair of Atsign Company, a cybersecurity startup in Silicon Valley. During her tenure at Juniper Networks, she held multiple leadership roles, most notably as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Infrastructure Products Group from 2006-2010, where she doubled revenue to $3.2 billion over three years.
Perdikou is deeply committed to mentoring, focusing on the advancement of women in business, science, and engineering through her active participation in programs such as the Fortune-State Department Most Powerful Women (MPW) mentoring program and the TechWomen partnership with the U.S. Department of State.
Holding a Master's degree in Information Systems from Pace University, a Postgraduate degree in Education from Jordanhill College, Scotland, and a bachelor’s degree from Paisley Tech (now University of West of Scotland), Perdikou uses her extensive experience and educational background to support and advance new talent in the tech industry.
